1. Agreement
These Terms govern purchases from VileProducts and use of our storefront. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms presented at checkout, including our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Digital products and licenses
VileProducts sells digital products, including software access and license keys. No physical product is shipped.
Your purchase provides the license described in the product listing. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. License duration, supported systems, activation limits, and included features are determined by the listing and any developer terms disclosed before purchase.
Review the product description and system requirements before ordering.
3. Eligibility and permitted use
You must have legal capacity to purchase or appropriate parent or guardian authorization where required.
Use products only for lawful purposes and where you have authorization. Unauthorized access, information theft, malware distribution, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.
Third-party platforms may prohibit certain software or restrict accounts that use it. We do not guarantee that software is undetectable, permitted by a platform, or free from account penalties.
4. License security
Unless expressly permitted, you may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose your license key. Keep your purchase information and credentials secure.
Device restrictions and license-reset rules are those disclosed in the product listing or applicable developer terms.
5. Payments and delivery
Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout, including Stripe where offered.
The amount and currency confirmed at checkout control the transaction. Display-currency conversions and Robux estimates are informational unless the checkout expressly accepts that payment method.
Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Payment review, stock availability, or technical issues may delay delivery. Contact support if your order is missing.
6. Third-party products
Some products are developed, supported, or fulfilled by third parties. Their disclosed license terms may apply.
If checkout redirects to another merchant, review that merchant’s terms and confirm who supplies the product and collects payment.
7. Updates and availability
Compatibility and features may change following software or platform updates. Any promised support or update period is stated in the product listing.
The meaning and duration of any “lifetime” license must be specified in the listing. It does not automatically mean the purchaser’s lifetime.
8. Refunds
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Requests involving invalid keys, missing delivery, duplicate charges, or products materially different from their descriptions are addressed under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, or a material license violation. Suspension does not eliminate any refund or other rights required by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VileProducts is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, failure to meet disclosed system requirements, unauthorized modifications, or third-party platform decisions beyond our control.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. The terms accepted at purchase govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
